How to get Photoshop working in Windows 10

Hi folks,

I recently faced the problem that my CS5 install was not really working on Windows 10. For example I could not load any images into CS5, crop stuff or resize images etc.
Since this stuff mostly rely on Windows stuff it must be using .Net Framework. So I installed .net Framework 4.1 and still had issues.

I fixed the issues by installing .Net Framework 3.0 SP1 and .Net Framework 3.5!
After that I was able to use the Features like cropping image, resize images and all that stuff.
